The areas we serve cover every U.S. state: Tony DiSilvestro travels from his base in Virginia Beach, Virginia, to conferences, association meetings, and corporate events nationwide. When travel does not fit the program, he delivers his keynote virtually.

Every state on the map is open for an in-person keynote. A booking turns on your date, your audience, and the format your program needs.
Virtual keynotes are available too, for organizations that meet online or would rather not plan an agenda around speaker travel.
Hospitality, franchising, construction, and real estate are Tony's primary focus. Each industry has its own keynote page with the topics, formats, and audiences for that field.
Tony owns the Ynot Italian restaurant group. Hospitality audiences hear from an owner who deals with staffing and service standards in his own business.

A main-stage keynote for a national or regional conference, built on Tony's themes of scaling, systems, and leadership alignment for the industry in the room.
Annual meetings and chapter events for members who own or lead businesses. The association keynote page covers topics and program slots.
Company meetings and internal training days where the audience is your own team, from managers to the executive group.
Sales kickoff meetings where the message is accountability for the number the team commits to. The sales kickoff keynote page has the details.
Tony's team recommends reaching out three to nine months before your event. That window leaves room to hold the date on his calendar and settle the format, whether the program calls for a main-stage keynote or a longer working session.
A virtual keynote starts with the same request. Send the date, the time zone, and a description of the audience, and note that the session will be online.

Three to nine months out is the recommended window, and for an in-person date it also leaves time to arrange travel from Virginia Beach around your program. If your event is closer than that, include the date and host city in a request anyway.
Send your event details from any state, or tell us the session is virtual, and Tony's team will reply about his availability and the session that fits your audience.
