Six Structure Problems a Business Growth Consultant Should Take On
Growth tends to expose the parts of a company that were never built to carry more volume. These are six of the structure problems the nine services above are designed to address.
The Owner as the Single Point of Failure
If the business grows every time you push it and slips every time you step back, the process lives in your head. The work is writing it down and turning it into repeatable workflows other people can run.
Leaders Who Cannot Make the Call
Managers who bring every question back to the owner slow the whole company down. Building real leadership capacity means people handle daily decisions and solve problems on their own.
Accountability Without Micromanaging
Clear performance standards and a simple way to track them let the team see where they stand. The owner stops being the only person who notices when something slips.
Firefighting as the Operating Model
A company that reacts all day has no time to improve. Moving from reactive to consistent operations gives leaders room to work on the business instead of inside it.
Growth That Adds Cost Faster Than Profit
Hiring more people and pushing harder on sales can raise revenue while the margin shrinks. Scaling operations to match demand keeps new volume from turning into new overhead.
A Company Ready for Its Next Stage
Whatever the next stage looks like, the systems, roles, and leadership underneath it have to be ready before the growth arrives.
Consulting Advice That Comes From His Own Companies
Tony's first ventures came at eight years old: bulk candy on the beach and Mexican pottery sold alongside his mother. Three decades later, the count stands at more than 30 businesses launched and scaled and more than 450 employees led.
He owns the Ynot Italian restaurant group, and his home building work earned the 2020 Best Home in the World Award and national recognition for the Best ICF Home in the Nation. He is a member of Entrepreneurs' Organization and the author of The Business Scaling Blueprint. The consulting work draws on that ownership record, not on theory.
Tony also speaks at conferences and company events.

What Owners Ask Before Hiring a Growth Consultant
These are the questions that come up most when an owner or CEO is deciding whether to work with Tony directly.
What is business scaling consulting?
It is work on the foundation underneath growth: the systems, leadership structure, accountability, and operations that decide whether more revenue makes a company stronger or just bigger and more chaotic. Tony's consulting covers nine services, from coaching for owners and leadership teams to cost, margin, workforce, and systems work.
How is this different from hiring a business coach?
Coaching is one part of it. Some owners need direct work on their own decisions and priorities, and the business coach and executive coaching services cover that. Others need changes to how the company operates, such as documented systems, clearer roles, or a closer look at cost and margin. Tony offers both, so you can start where the real constraint is.
Which service should we start with?
Use the service finder near the top of this page, or take the Business Scaling Scorecard. If you are still unsure, describe the problem in the form and Tony's team will tell you which service fits.
What industries does Tony work with?
His primary industry focus is hospitality, franchising, construction, and real estate. The structure problems behind stalled growth look similar across most companies with a leadership team and payroll, so owners outside those industries are welcome to ask.
How do we get started?
