Business Scaling Workshop Systems and delegation for companies ready to grow

Tony DiSilvestro's business scaling workshop is for business owners and leadership teams who want the company to grow without every decision passing through one office. Tony is a keynote speaker, entrepreneur, author, and systems strategist who also works directly with companies. The workshop draws on his book, The Business Scaling Blueprint, and on 30 years of launching and scaling more than 30 businesses. It runs as a 90-minute interactive breakout or a half-day workshop.

Where the Workshop Comes From

Built on The Business Scaling Blueprint

The Business Scaling Blueprint helps entrepreneurs avoid costly mistakes, build strong foundations, and put the systems in place that drive sustainable growth. Those three concerns shape the workshop.

  3. 03Put the systems in place that drive sustainable growth.
What the Workshop Covers

Five Topics From the Blueprint, Worked Through Together

These are the subjects Tony builds the business growth workshop around, drawn from The Business Scaling Blueprint and the themes he speaks on.

01

Owner Versus Entrepreneur

Tony draws a clear line between being a business owner and being an entrepreneur. The difference shapes which role a company needs from its leader at the next stage of growth.

02

Back to Day One

Growth tends to bury the original decisions under years of habit. Going back to day one means re-evaluating the fundamentals of the business so the company can scale with fresh direction instead of repeating old assumptions.

03

Systems That Hold Up

The book is about putting systems in place that drive sustainable growth. Tony covers what those systems are and why growth stalls in a company that runs without them.

04

Effective Delegation

An owner who hands off tasks but keeps every decision has not delegated anything. Tony covers effective delegation, including the difference between handing off work and handing off the decisions that come with it.

05

Growth Constraints

Every company hits limits: a person, a process, or a decision nobody has made. Tony speaks about overcoming growth constraints and why they have to be named before a company can move past them.

Two Ways to Run the Workshop

The workshop is offered in two lengths. Choose based on how much time your agenda allows.

90-Minute Interactive Breakout

Ninety minutes that fit a conference breakout track, an association education session, or a leadership meeting where the group has a morning or afternoon slot rather than a full day.

Half‑Day Workshop

A half day that gives owners, executives, and managers more time on each topic and how it applies to their own business.

If your event needs a shorter slot for a larger audience, the same themes are available as a 30-minute main-stage talk or a 60-minute expanded session through Tony's work as a keynote speaker.
