Long Bio

Tony DiSilvestro is a keynote speaker, entrepreneur, author, and systems strategist who helps organizations bridge the gap between vision and bottom-line results.

His start in business came at eight years old, selling bulk candy at the beach and helping his mother sell Mexican pottery. Those early experiences taught him that successful business is built through service, connection, clarity, and consistency.

Over the next 30 years, Tony launched and scaled more than 30 businesses across multiple industries, led more than 450 employees, and developed practical systems that get leadership, people, and processes working in the same direction. He is the author of The Business Scaling Blueprint, and his home building work earned the 2020 Best Home in the World Award and national recognition for the Best ICF Home in the Nation.

Today Tony brings that real-world experience to the stage. His keynotes and workshops help leaders strengthen operations, improve accountability, and create sustainable growth, with a primary focus on hospitality, franchising, construction, and real estate organizations.
